Naagin1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Registering or submitting KYC verification using false information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In compliance with a directive from law enforcement or a court order.
